Political analyst banned from entering Armenia

Political analyst Andranik Migranyan has been banned from entering Armenia.

He was turned back at Yerevan’s Zvartonts International Airport late on Sunday, the Union of Russian Armenians reported.

Migranyan had flown to Yerevan as part of a delegation led by Russian-Armenian businessman and philanthropist Ara Abrahamyan.

All other members of the delegation were allowed to enter Armenia.

The airport officials told Migranyan that he was considered a persona non-grata in the country.
