One hospitalized after house fire in Armenian village

A fire broke out at a house in the village of Karin in Armenia’s Aragatsotn Province on Monday night.

The Rescue Service said its crews were dispatched to the scene just after 11:04pm.

The fire was contained at 12am and put out at 1։13am.

Two rooms were burned out in the blaze.

The house owner, identified as A. A., suffered smoke inhalation and was hospitalized in the wake of the fire.

The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
