Fire breaks out at Bagratashen checkpoint warehouse

A fire hit a warehouse at the Bagratashen checkpoint on the Armenian-Georgian border on Friday afternoon, the Rescue Service reported.

An operational team from the regional rescue department, five fire and rescue crews, one water tanker, as well as Patrol Service squads, were dispatched to the scene following a fire report at 12։43pm.

"Preliminary reports suggest that the fire has burnt pyrotechnics stored in the warehouse. Further updates will be provided," the statement said.
