Armenian justice minister takes disciplinary action against 3 notaries

Armenian Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan has ordered disciplinary action against three notaries for misconduct, the ministry announced on Monday.

"Between November 2024 and January 27, 2025, three notaries were subjected to disciplinary liability by the minister of justice for violating the law and other legal acts. Two notaries received a 'reprimand,' while one was subjected to a 'severe reprimand' as a disciplinary measure," the statement read.
