Wolves caught on camera in Armenian state reserve

Wolves have been caught on a trail camera in Armenia’s Khosrov Forest State Reserve.

The video was posted on the reserve's official Facebook page on Wednesday.

Wolves typically measure between 105 and 160 cm in length and weigh between 32 and 50 kg, with some rare cases reaching up to 76 kg.

They usually live in pairs but may roam in packs of 5 to 11 individuals in late autumn and early winter.

Wolves can run at speeds of 55 to 60 km/h and cover distances of 60–80 km in a single night.
