Paris gallery to host exhibition of Yervand Kochar artworks

The Minotaur Gallery (Galerie Le Minotaure) in Paris on Friday will open an exhibition showcasing the works of prominent Armenian artist and sculptor Yervand Kochar, organized in collaboration with the Yervand Kochar Museum.

According to the museum, the exhibition will also feature the presentation of the book “Yervand Kochar: Exploring the Artist’s Archives”. The book includes a diverse collection of archival materials from the Yervand Kochar Museum, particularly Kochar’s correspondence with renowned art collector Léonce Rosenberg.

The materials have been annotated and analyzed by acclaimed art historian Christian Derouet, former chief curator of the Centre Pompidou.
