'Yerevan is reading' on February 21-22

On February 21 and 22, Yerevan's Charles Aznavour Square will host the literary and musical event "Yerevan is Reading".

The Yerevan Municipality reports that a book fair will open at the square on February 21, while on February 22, the fair will be complemented by a concert featuring performances by the bands Katil, Sona Gyulkhasyan & Rafayel Petrosyan Jazz Connection and Nemra.

Throughout the event, there will be panel discussions and a reading corner will be set up where famous and talented actors and artists will read works by both contemporary and classical authors. For children, the program includes a mobile puppet theater, a fairy tale reading corner, workshops and interactive games.

Separate booths will feature a variety of publishers offering books at discounts of up to thirty percent.
