Ruben Mkhitaryan promises to solve stray dog problem in Gyumri

Famous producer Ruben Mkhitaryan, who has announced a run for mayor of Gyumri, has promised to solve the stray god problem in Armenia's second largest city.

“We will resolve Gyumri’s stray dog problem swiftly in compliance with international best practices to ensure that neither the public is disturbed nor animal welfare is compromised,” he said in a short video message on Monday.
