Relations between Armenia and Iran are based on natural interests, providing a strong foundation for their strategic partnership, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated.
“We are happy to note that our relations are developing both at the political dialogue level and the economic cooperation level. We are pleased to see more tourists visiting from the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Armenia and vice versa, and our trade turnover is growing at natural rates,” he said in an interview with the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) on Tuesday.
“The Republic of Armenia will not be involved in any action against the Islamic Republic of Iran. Iran's stability, security and development are extremely important to us,” Pashinyan stressed.
