Pashinyan signs decree on top legal envoy's dismissal

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Thursday signed a decree formalizing the dismissal of Yeghishe Kirakosyan as Armenia's Representative on International Legal Matters.

Kirakosyan announced his resignation earlier, unveiling plans to focus more on academic and research activities.
