Judicial farce against Ruben Vardanyan to continue in Baku on Tuesday

The Baku Military Court is set to resume the sham trial of Armenian humanitarian Ruben Vardanyan on Tuesday, marking the 22nd day of his hunger strike.

Vardanyan has declared a hunger strike against the judicial farce in Azerbaijan since February 18.

On March 5, he delivered a voice message through his family, emphasizing that his demands remained the same.

"If there is such a desire to judge me – judge me professionally, publicly, openly, in accordance with Azerbaijani laws and all legal procedures, along with everyone else. In the presence of international journalists and observers – after all, you are so sure of your righteousness. Stop artificially separating my case," Vardanyan said.
