Armenia welcomes border agreement between Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan

Armenia has welcomed the agreement on border demarcation between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.

"This is one of the best examples of peaceful resolution of border issues and a manifestation of the political will of two neighboring states towards peaceful coexistence and prosperity of their peoples," the Armenian Foreign Ministry posted on X on Monday.

"We hope that this significant step will lead to sustainable peace, security and cooperation in the region and beyond," it added.
