Armenian MP urges int'l community to respond to Azerbaijan's false border shooting claims

Armenian opposition MP Tigran Abrahamyan has called on the international community to respond to Azerbaijan’s false accusations of ceasefire violations by Armenian forces following the conclusion of peace deal negotiations between the two countries.

"Do the countries that rushed to welcome the conclusion of the 'peace agreement' talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan have nothing to say or do now? Or are they simply waiting for their turn to formally condemn Azerbaijan’s next reckless provocation?" he wrote on Facebook on Wednesday.

"As for many government officials, their remarks and assessments of the situation reveal extreme inadequacy and the helplessness of a 'sacrificial lamb,'" Abrahamyan added.
