Showers to persist in Armenia

Showers are expected to persist in Armenia throughout the week, according to the Meteorological Service.

Snowfall is forecast for the country's mountainous regions overnight Friday and Saturday.

The capital Yerevan will also see continued wet conditions and thunderstorms.

Temperatures are set to fall by 8–10C overnight Friday, followed by a further daytime decrease of 6–8C.
