Three Armenian wrestlers through to European Championships semifinals

Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler Malkhas Amoyan has advanced to the semifinals of the European Wrestling Championships in Bratislava after securing two victories.

In the 77 kg quarterfinals, Amoyan defeated Alexandru Solovei of Moldova with a commanding 7-2 score. He is set to face Bulgaria’s Hayk Mnatsakanyan in the semifinal bout.

Earlier, Armenian wrestlers Karen Aslanyan and Manvel Khachatryan also secured their spots in the semifinals.
