Armenia's Garnik Cholakyan wins bronze at European Weightlifting Championships

Garnik Cholakyan of Armenia claimed a bronze medal at the European Weightlifting Championships in Moldova on Monday.

Competing in the 61 kg weight class, Cholakyan earned a silver medal in the snatch with a successful lift of 124 kg on his only attempt. He replicated this performance in the clean and jerk, lifting 151 kg.

Cholakyan won the bronze medal with a combined lift of 275 kg,
