Iranian foreign minister arrives in Rome for talks with US

Whether the two men find common ground in the high-stakes negotiations could mean success or failure in the talks, The Times of Israel reported.

Araghchi has arrived in Rome to attend the second round of the talks, according to a post on his Telegram account.
