Temperatures to rise further, showers expected in Armenia

The weather will further warm up in Armenia in the next few days, but spring showers are expected starting from April 20, according to Gagik Surenyan, Deputy Director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center.

Dry weather is forecast for April 19, followed by brief showers and thunderstorms in Yerevan and some regions of Armenia between April 20 and 23.

Winds will be westerly at 2-5 m/s, with occasional gusts reaching 14-17 m/s from April 21-23. Temperatures are set to gradually rise by 4-6C over the coming days.
