Armenian leaders visit Tsitsernakaberd Memorial

On the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, senior government officials, including President Vahagn Khachaturyan, National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan and MPs from Armenia's ruling Civil Contract faction led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial to pay tribute to the genocide victims.

Diplomats accredited in Armenia also joined the Armenian leaders.

The Foreign Ministry announced earlier that public access to the memorial complex would be restricted from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. due to official ceremonies on April 24.
