Temperatures to drop in Armenia on Friday

A mix of sunshine and spring showers is in store for Armenia over the coming days.

Dry conditions are forecast for Yerevan on April 24, 26 and 28. However, rain and thunderstorms are likely on April 25, the evening of April 26, the night of April 27 and again on April 29. Thunderstorms may bring strong wind gusts reaching 17-20 m/s.

Across the regions, unstable weather is expected, with rain and thunderstorms on April 25 and overnight April 27. Scattered showers are possible on April 24, 26 and 29, with the potential for heavy downpours in some areas on April 25. Winds will be generally light, though may intensify to 18-22 m/s during storms.

Temperatures are set to rise by 4–5C on April 24 before dipping by 2-3C on April 25.
