Aliyev meets with OSCE chief

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Friday received OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioğlu, according to Azerbaijani media reports. 

No other details were immediately available.

At a meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his trip to Armenia on April 20, Sinirlioğlu stressed that the South Caucasus region is of strategic importance for the OSCE and the organization will continue to contribute to the promotion of the peace agenda. The OSCE chief welcomed the efforts to ensure regional peace and stability.
