As part of his official visit, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the Memorial to the Victims of Communism in Tallinn, his office reported.
The premier was accompanied by Martin Andreller, a board member at the Estonian Institute of Historical Memory, who presented the history of the creation of the memorial and its symbolic significance.
Nikol Pashinyan laid flowers at the memorial wall, paying tribute to the memory of the victims of Communism.
