Annual EAJ meeting kicks off in Yerevan

The annual forum of the European Association of Judges (EAJ) has commenced in Yerevan, Armenia, bringing together over 70 delegates from 34 countries.

This year’s event focuses on issues related to judicial independence in Europe and the region, regional challenges facing the justice system and international cooperation.

The opening ceremony featured speeches from the president of the Armenian Union of Judges, the heads of the International Association of Judges and the European Association of Judges, as well as other high-ranking officials.
