Robert Kocharyan: Our glorious victories and painful losses will strengthen us

Second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has congratulated the Armenian people on Victory and Peace Day marked on May 9.

"Happy May 9th! Dear compatriots, I am confident that the lessons drawn from our glorious victories and painful losses will serve as a source of strength. Together, we will build a stronger and more peaceful Armenia," he said in a message.
