Major fire erupts after vehicle collision in central Yerevan

A major fire broke out in central Yerevan on Monday following a traffic collision on Silva Kaputikyan Street, the Armenian Interior Ministry reported.

The National Crisis Management Center received the emergency call at 4:02 p.m. Four fire and rescue crews were promptly dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, firefighters found four vehicles engulfed in flames, including three passenger cars and a concrete mixer truck.

No reports of casualties were immediately available.
