Josh Huck, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, has visited Azerbaijan after his trip to Armenia.
"Today, Chargé d’Affaires Hugo Guevara welcomed U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary Josh Huck and State Department Senior Advisor for Europe Wyatt Toehlke to the Embassy," the U.S. Embassy in Baku reported.
"They are in Azerbaijan to continue bilateral discussions that advance U.S. interests, economic prosperity, and regional security with senior Azerbaijani officials," it added.
On Thursday, Josh Huck met with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan to discuss the "growing U.S.-Armenia partnership and progress on peace".
