A magnitude 3 earthquake struck Armenia shortly after midnight on Monday.
The quake was recorded 11 km southeast of the town of Spitak and at a depth of 10 km, the Rescue Service of the Armenian Interior Ministry reported.
The quake measured 4 on the MSK scale at the epicenter.
Tremors were felt in the towns of Spitak and Vanadzor, as well as in the villages of Arevashogh and Lernapat in Lori Province.
