Eighth grader in Yerevan fires air gun at school window

On May 29, Armenia’s Interior Ministry received a report regarding an incident at Yerevan School No. 13, where a window had been shattered.

An investigation by officers from the Community Policing Department's Central Division revealed that the damage was caused by an eighth-grade student who had discharged an air gun at the window.

According to the Rescue Service, the student has been identified and has handed over the air gun to law-enforcement officers.

The case materials have been forwarded to the local investigative department for further proceedings.
