Russia's Matviyenko visits Armenian Genocide Memorial

A delegation led by Chairwoman of the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matvienko on Friday visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan. She was accompanied by Armenian National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan.

Matvienko and Simonyan also laid flowers at the Eternal Flame in Victory Park commemorating the victims of the WWII.

The Russian delegation arrived in Armenia on an official visit on Thursday.
