Two Armenian minors from Syunik accidentally cross into Azerbaijan

Two underage residents of Armenia's Syunik Province have gone missing after losing their way and inadvertently crossing into Azerbaijani territory, the National Security Service (NSS) reported.

"According to the data obtained, Karen Jhangiryan (born June 27, 2007) and Andrey Gyagunts (born January 13, 2008), residents of the Tegh community in Syunik Province, lost their way near the village of Aghavus and accidentally crossed the border into Azerbaijan at around 1:20 a.m. on June 6," the NSS reported.

Authorities have stated that all necessary efforts are underway to determine the whereabouts of the minors and to ensure their safe return.
