New Yerevan district head named

Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan announced the appointment of Marat Sevoyan as the new head of the Nor Nork administrative district at the start of a city governance meeting.

Avinyan congratulated Sevoyan on his new role and the announcement was met with applause from the councilors. 

Sevoyan is a member of the pro-Western Republic Party.
