Armenian church leader off to UAE

On June 9, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, travelled to the United Arab Emirates on a one-day visit, the Mother See reported.

During his stay, Catholicos Karekin II is scheduled to meet with the Board of Trustees of the Holy Nazareth Church and the Armenian College and Philanthropic Academy in Calcutta. The discussions will focus on matters concerning the institution’s activities and community life.
