No changes in Armenia's radiation levels after strikes on Iranian nuclear sites

Following Israel’s airstrikes on nuclear sites in Iran, specialists from Armenia's Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center were urgently dispatched to Syunik Province to conduct dosimetric measurements.

According to the center, radiation assessments were carried out in several communities, including Meghri, Agarak and Kajaran.

The study has revealed no changes in natural background radiation in Armenia’s southern regions.

The Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center continues to maintain round-the-clock monitoring of the situation to ensure public safety.
