The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office seeks to confiscate expensive property and other assets belonging to Artyom Movsesyan, former head of the Civil Aviation Department, and his affiliates amid illicit enrichment accusations.
Prosecutors have asked the Anti-Corruption Court to allow the forfeiture of eight real estate properties, two movable assets, shares in five companies, 1.55 billion drams in unlawfully acquired income and funds, and an additional 8.4 million drams in assets of suspicious or untraceable origin.
The court has applied provisional measures to secure the claim.
