Showers, strong winds possible in Yerevan over the weekend

Dry and warm weather is expected in Yerevan from June 24 through June 27. On June 28-29, evening showers and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of the city, accompanied by wind gusts of 15-18 m/s.

Dry conditions will persist in Armenia’s regions through June 27. Brief rain, thunderstorms and possible hail are forecast in some areas on June 28-29.

Winds will be northwesterly at 2-5 m/s, reaching 17-20 m/s during storms. Temperatures are set to gradually rise by 4-5C over the coming days.
