Artsakh church head to lead holy mass at Mother See

A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin by Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, Primate of the Diocese of Artsakh, on Monday evening.

The mass will be offered for the liberation of captives, the consolation of the afflicted and peace for the homeland.

The Artsakh Diocese urges all faithful to join in prayer for the Armenian people and nation, invoking God’s mercy and protection.

By the directive of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, similar evening masses will be held at the Mother Cathedral, Yerevan’s Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral and diocesan churches across the country this week.
