Three killed in tragic house fire in Yerevan

A deadly fire broke out in Yerevan's Malatia-Sebastia administrative district shortly after midnight on Thursday.

The blaze erupted at a house on Amaranotsayin Street in the Haghtanak neighborhood, prompting a large-scale emergency response, the Rescue Service reported.

Five fire and rescue crews, along with medical and psychological support teams, were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained at 1:02 a.m. and extinguished three minutes later.

The blaze destroyed approximately 120 square meters, including a house and adjacent roof structures. Tragically, rescuers found three bodies inside the residence.
