Yerevan and much of Armenia are set for a mixed weather pattern over the coming days, with showers, thunderstorms and a noticeable warm-up on the horizon.
In the Armenian capital, short bursts of rain and thunderstorms are expected late on July 5 and 6. Dry and stable conditions will return from July 7 to 10. Wind gusts may intensify during storms, reaching up to 21 m/s.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely in Armenia’s regions from July 5 through 10, with a risk of hail in some areas. Heavy rainfall is forecast for some regions on July 5. Winds will generally be light but could strengthen significantly during storms, with gusts up to 23 m/s.
Temperatures are expected to dip slightly by 1 to 3 degrees on 5 July before steadily climbing by as much as 8 degrees through July 10.
