Arsen Zakharyan still absent from Real Sociedad training

Real Sociedad midfielder Arsen Zakharyan remains absent from team training, Marca reports. The 22-year-old footballer is reportedly recovering from a virus, which has caused him to miss yet another training session.

In addition, Euro Football reports that Zakharyan is still experiencing muscle pain.

Last season, Arsen Zakharyan played in four matches for Real Sociedad across all competitions, scoring one goal and providing one assist.

The midfielder is under contract with Real Sociedad until the summer of 2029. The new La Liga season is set to kick off in mid-August.
