Two Armenian GMs competing at Karpov International Chess Tournament

The XXII Karpov International Chess Tournament is taking place in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia, from July 15 to 24.

The tournament is a 10-player round-robin event, the Armenian Chess Federation reports.

GMs Shant Sargsyan and Haik Martirosyan are participating in the tournament from Armenia. Shant ranked 3rd on the starting list and Haik is 9th.
