Levon Aronian wins Freestyle Chess Grand Slam Tour

GM Levon Aronian has won the Freestyle Chess Grand Slam Tour.

Throughout the event, Aronian scored impressive victories over Magnus Carlsen, Hikaru Nakamura, Arjun Erigaisi, and Hans Moke Niemann, the Armenian Chess Federation reported on Monday.

“So happy to win in Freestyle Chess Grand Slam Las Vegas! Celebration time! Thanks to my family, friends and fans!” Aronian said in a social media post after the victory.
