Armenian wrestlers win silver, bronze at U20 World Championships

Armenian wrestlers secured two medals at the U20 World Wrestling Championships in Samokov, Bulgaria on Sunday.

Erik Ter-Matevosyan (87 kg) captured the 87 kg bronze medal after defeating his Finnish opponent.

Meanwhile, Alex Margaryan (63 kg) advanced to the final, where he earned silver after a 2-12 loss to Uzbekistan’s senior Asian champion Khalmakhanov.
