Armenian soldier injured in shooting, condition stable

On August 25, an incident occurred at a military outpost in Armenia’s Gegharkunik Province, where a serviceman sustained a gunshot wound. The soldier was initially taken to Yerevan’s Muratsan Military Hospital and later transferred to the Central Clinical Military Hospital.

According to Defense Ministry spokesperson Aram Torosyan, the serviceman underwent urgent surgery and is currently under medical supervision. His condition is reported as stable and his life is not in danger.
