A fan march is scheduled to take place in Yerevan ahead of the Armenia-Portugal match at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium on September 6.
Supporters will gather at 16:00 at France Square, near the Aram Khachaturian statue. The march, organized by the First Armenian Front (FAF), will join with a parallel procession by the Red Eagles at Sakharov Square before heading to the stadium.
Organizers ask participants to wear black and carry Armenian flags or national team scarves, while refraining from displaying the colors or symbols of other teams. Entertainment, including games and competitions, is planned at France Square before the start of the march, which is expected to begin at 17:45. According to FAF, the decision was made to reduce congestion amid reports of counterfeit tickets and multiple sales of valid tickets.
Media and individuals filming the event have been advised to keep a distance of 15 meters from the drummers and to follow safety instructions issued by organizers.
The Armenia-Portugal match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers is scheduled to begin at 20:00 local time.
