With support from the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and organized by the Union of Artisans, the 3rd My Handmade Armenia Festival will take place at Yerevan’s Cafesjian Sculpture Garden (Cascade Complex) on September 13-14.
The festival features artisans from Armenia and Georgia, presenting their crafts and creating a platform for cultural dialogue aimed at preserving, enriching and promoting the intangible cultural heritage of both nations, the ministry reported on Wednesday.
Highlights of the two-day event include an exhibition of traditional Armenian and Georgian costumes.
The festival seeks to foster intercultural cooperation, support creative artisans and promote arts and crafts.
