Pashinyan reaffirms commitment to 'Trump Route'

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has reaffirmed his commitment to further institutionalization of peace and the realization of the “Trump Route”.

“Once again thank you President Donald Trump for brokering this historic agreement with Azerbaijan – something no one before achieved,” he posted on X on Wednesday.

“Reaffirming my commitment to work on further institutionalization of peace & realization of TRIPP,” Pashinyan added.

His comments came in response to Trump’s statement regarding the August 8 meeting in Washington.

"Such an Honor to have helped settle the War with Azerbaijan and Armenia and, at the same time, become friends with these two Great Leaders and Men, President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. It will be an everlasting friendship for me but, more importantly, for the United States of America!" Trump said in a post on Truth Social.
