Additional court hearing in Armenian archbishop's case to be held on Monday
A Yerevan court has found Archbishop Mikayel Ajapahyan guilty of making public calls to overthrow the government.
An additional hearing has been scheduled to address matters related to aggravating and mitigating circumstances, as well as the type and length of the sentence. Following the discussions, the court will deliberate and render its final judgment.
The hearing will take place at the Avan District Court of General Jurisdiction on Monday, the defense team reported.
The session is open to the public.
