Juventus will open its official football academy in Armenia in 2026, the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) announced after inspecting ongoing construction in Yerevan’s Avan district.
The project will see the academy operate at two locations: Avan and near Hrazdan Stadium in the city center. Twenty European coaches are expected to join the program. Both paid and free groups will be available, with Italian coaches selecting children for the free program.
Construction is currently underway on a two-hectare site in Avan, where four football pitches are being built. Plans also include an indoor pitch for younger players and a hotel-dormitory on the second floor of the main facility to accommodate coaches and children from Armenia's regions.
