Warm weather to return after cyclone leaves Armenia

The weather in Armenia is set to improve sharply after several days of cold and rain brought by a Black Sea cyclone, according to Gagik Surenyan, deputy head of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center.

In a social media video posted on Thursday, Surenyan said the cyclone will move out of the region starting October 3, making way for warm air masses from subtropical latitudes.

Temperatures are expected to rise by 8-10C across the country from October 3 to 6.
