Pashinyan, Putin hold phone call

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.

Pashinyan congratulated Putin on his birthday and conveyed his best wishes, his office reported.

"Attaching importance to the further development of relations between Armenia and Russia, Prime Minister Pashinyan highly appreciated the personal contribution of the Russian President to this development," reads the statement.
